          ** Registration Fee $135.00 After January 31^st, 2012**

            After March 10^th  Registration Fee will be $150.00

 (Registration Fees Includes:  Uniform, Trophy, Banquet & Pictures)  $10.00 Discount for each Child

** $20.00 for Photo Book @ end of season. (June 2012) **
